They gave me the wrong products, and told me they can’t refund me or correct it. I then asked them to correct it but then charged me for shipping again which was a lot of money to pay again for an error that I did not make. Then I refused to because it was their error and note this is with in my 30 days where I should be able to make a return, but on arrival I already informed the merchant that the order is incorrect and all the said was sorry the factory changed the design. which was said it such a causal way but it’s wrong because it’s not what I ordered. I protested and was trying my best to get a refund or send the items back and the person (Chris) just kept telling me that he is waiting for feedback and the factory says that there is nothing they can do. I then took it up with Ali baba and they said they to can’t help because the protection period is only 30 days from delivery. I had all the proof that it was flagged but still nothing came from it. So be careful, could be you.
